India tax season wrapped up on 15th September and during this time we worked on a lot of improvements to the platform to assist users better with their queries and at the same time added meaningful features to provide more value to our users. Here's everything that went live this month.

Download Uploaded Exchange Files

This was a long awaited feature since this is useful for our users and support team both to debug issues and provide better support. You can now download the uploaded exchange files from the integration page and be aware of the data that is being uploaded to the platform.

Proactive Support

We have improved our support system to be more proactive in helping users with their queries. You'll now see nudges to create a support ticket directly so that our support team can help you better whenever you face any issues on core functionalities like integrations, payments, etc.

Visibility of User Filing Documents

For our tax filing users, their assigned professionals can now upload important documents on their portal and these documents are made visible to the users under settings page. This keeps things transparent and helps users to be aware of the documents that are being shared with the professionals.

Tax Report Generation Feedback

We have added a feedback mechanism to the tax report generation page. Users will now remain updated on the status of their tax report generation and will be notified when it is ready.

Tax Report Improvements: Color Coding, Calculation Labels, etc.

We have improved the tax reports we provide to our users to make them more readable and understandable. This month we added color coding for profit and loss values to make them more visible and easier to understand under certain sections in addition to calculation labels to help users to understand the calculations behind the reports.

Integration Steps View Enhancements

We have improved the integration steps view to make it more user-friendly and informative. In addition to this, we've made sure to update the steps and ensure that they are up to date with the latest changes on exchange platforms.

Coin Migration Feature

We have added a coin migration feature to the platform. This feature allows users to migrate their coin(s) associated in a transaction, or transactions of a wallet, or all transactions of an account to a new coin. This is useful in scenarios when a coin is incorrectly mapped due to similar symbols or names which can lead to incorrect pricing of the transactions.
